Dear Policy Holder,
In December 2019 we announced in the press and through direct mail to you, that Trident Insurance Company Limited was acquired by ANSA McAL (Barbados) Limited.
In keeping with the requirements of the Financial Services Commission and the provisions of the Insurance Act, Chapter 310 of the Laws of Barbados, we submit the attached documents for your review.
These documents speak to the intention to Transfer the Insurance Business of Trident Insurance Company Limited to Trinidad and Tobago Insurance Limited( Tatil), a subsidiary of ANSA McAL Limited.
